JIMMY THORSON

Jimmy Thorson, 35, of Carlisle, passed unexpectedly on Sunday, October 18, 2020.

Born October 27, 1984 in Carlisle, he was the son of Vickie (Shank) Davis of Carlisle and the late Thomas Thorson.

Jimmy was a Flex Officer for St. Moritz Security Services.  He was an active member of CCAAHC.  He loved cooking and his family, especially his nieces and nephews. Jimmy had a great sense of humor and was willing to do anything for anyone.

He was preceded in death by his father Thomas, brother Richard, step father Joe Davis and maternal grandparents John and Pauline Shank.

In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife;  Ashley (Waters) Thorson; two sisters:  Teri (Joshua) Berry of Louisiana and Amanda Thorson of Carlisle; four brothers:  Greg, Van, Robert and John Thorson, all of Carlisle, as well as a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P. M. Saturday, October 24, 2020 at the Carlisle First Church of God, 705 Glendale Street, Carlisle with Pastor Greg Hench officiating.  Viewing will be at the church on Saturday from 1:00 P. M. Until 3:00 P. M.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ronan Funeral Home 255 York Road, Carlisle, PA 17013 to help with expenses.
