MARCUS P. SNYDER

Marcus P. Snyder,46, of Carlisle, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018 as the result of fire at his home.

Born March 15, 1971 in Camp Hill, he was a son of Carroll (Motter) Adams and the late Ronald Snyder.

Marcus was a graduate of Big Spring High School.  He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Juanita College and his Master’s Degree from Shippensburg University.

He was employed  as a Water Pollution Specialist with DCNR.

Marcus enjoyed hunting and white water rafting and his farm.  He was truly a loving son and brother and will be sadly missed by many.  He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.

Surviving in addition to his mother is his step-father:  Jeff Adams of Carlislie; a brother:  Christopher of Carlisle; an Uncle:  Bruce Motter of Seattle, WA; two aunts: Donna Palmer of Harrisburg and Mary Schreffler of Lewisberry; two nephews:  Jakob Snyder of Mechanicsburg and Jordan (wife Brie) Snyder of Camp Hill and a grand niece:  Katherine Snyder.

It was Marcus’ wish that there be no formal services.
