RALPH DEGADO FERREIRO

Ralph Delgado Ferreiro, 89, of Carlisle passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at UPCM Carlisle.

Born November 3, 1930 in New York, NY, he was the son of the late Rafael and Angelis (Delgado) Ferreiro.

Mr. Ferreiro graduated from Harren High School, New York City and the S.U.N.Y, Farmingdale.  He was a retired Construction Engineer.

Ralph honorably served his country in the U S Army during the Korean War.  He was a recipient of the Purple Heart, Korean Service Medal with 5 Bronze Stars], the UN Service Medal and the Combat Infantry Badge.

He is survived by his wife:  Sondra (Alban) Ferreiro; two sons:  Larrie (Mirna) of Lake Ridge, VA and Mark of California; a daughter:  Natalie of Long Island, NY; a step laughter: Leslie Heikel; a sister:  Ellie Marks of Frazer, Michigan; two grandsons:  Marcel and Gabriel and step grandson: Sean Heikel.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family at Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA, with military honors.
