Richard C. Franklin, 91, of Carlisle, died February 6, 2022 at Cumberland Crossings, Carlisle.

Born September 7, 1930 in Glastonbury, CT, he was the son of the late Marc and Lee (Olshan) Franklin.

He was a retired Post Exchange manager for the Federal Government.

Surviving are his wife: Joan Carol Franklin.
